Keep Your Kids' School Bags Safe

You may have bought new uniforms, stationery and the latest trainers for the start of the new school year but will your children be going back to school with their own padlocks?

More and more schools and colleges are now encouraging students to bring in their own locks to secure their bags, sports kits and lockers during the school day, which is why security experts Yale have launched an affordable new range for children and teenagers.

Available in a choice of styles for girls and boys, the colourful 3 and 4 dial combination padlocks are easy to use and won’t cramp your child’s style!

Handbag inspired, the Party Girl padlock comes in two vibrant designs – pink/green and purple/magenta. For fashion-conscious girls, the Fashion Dreams padlock is a cute accessory, available in pink, blue and magenta with a sparkly finish.

Boys are notorious for losing things at school, so there’s two padlock designs available to help keep their belongings safe too! The 4 dial Street Style padlock is available in silver or black and, for budding athletes, the Active Style padlock is a neat accessory for sports bags, supplied in silver, red or blue.

The padlocks are available from B&Q and other major retailers for around £2.49.
